Background

Along with the Mutant Detector, Litt-R-BUG-1 was also issued with a box of assorted grenades. Obviously the player expected them to just be grenades with assorted range, or explosiveness. In fact, they really were assorted. Some were explosive, some were paint, some were gas, some were glue. The type was determined randomly. In this case, the first grenade out of the box was a glue grenade...

This time the citizen has given his answers the opposite way around to the last form.  Here he says the device did not work as expected, but that it cannot be improved.  (In fact, he managed to stick his target to the wall, which made it very easy to subsequently shoot him).
